D365 & Power Platform Systems Administrator

Akkodis are currently working in partnership with a leading service provider to recruit an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Systems Administrator to join their leading cloud services team.

Please note this is a fully remote role and you can be based anywhere in the UK.

The Role

As the D365 & Power Platform Systems Administrator you will be accountable for the administration, governance, capacity planning and continuous improvement of our client's Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. The role ensures that systems are maintained to the highest standards of security, performance, and operational efficiency, aligning platform capabilities with evolving business requirements though adequate change control processes.

The Responsibilities

Administer and manage Dynamics 365 instances and Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
Monitor system health and performance; manage capacity and licensing.
Ensure platform governance, change processes, security, and compliance meet with policies.
Perform regular system audits and implement configuration changes and patches.
Provide 2nd/3rd line support for end-users and resolve system issues.

The Requirements

Proven experience administering, configuring and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) applications, in particular Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Service Hub, Sales Hub.
Proficient in Power Platform administration: Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Admin Centre.
Knowledge of Dataverse (formerly CDS) architecture, security, and data modelling.
Strong understanding of security roles, teams, and business units in D365 CRM.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in JavaScript and C# as applied to Power Platform.
Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD in Power Platform (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
