We're thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Developer to join our client's fast-growing Cloud team. What you'll be doing

You'll be at the heart of end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects, focusing on delivery excellence while having the chance to influence pre-sales and solution design.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading user needs discovery to ensure a perfect technical and architectural fit for each project.
Owning both high-level and low-level solution designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
Creating solutions with a strong emphasis on security, accessibility, and performance.
Designing integration architectures and interfaces using the full Microsoft technology stack.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients - building relationships, inspiring confidence, and demonstrating the art of the possible with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

What you'll bring

We're looking for passionate technologists who thrive in dynamic, client-focused environments and are eager to push the boundaries of what's possible with Microsoft technologies.

You'll have:

Deep enthusiasm for Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform - including its out-of-the-box capabilities and limitations.
A broad understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and SharePoint.
Full implementation lifecycle experience with CRM-based programmes in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Strong technical background with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and TFS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (ideally using Azure DevOps).
A collaborative, agile mindset, experienced in planning sprints, defining Epics, Features, and User Stories.
