An experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

The ideal candidate will specialise in designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address business challenges and optimise customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximize the value of CRM.

Configure and customize CRM applications to meet client-specific needs, utilising your in-depth technical knowledge and expertise.

Hands on Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM development on customer implementations.

CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services

Assisting CRM development/ deployment processes

Triage CRM implementation support issues at 3rd line level

Qualification and Skills:

Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant, specializing in CRM Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

Strong experience of using Power Platform technologies such as Automate flows and Power Pages / Portals.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Strong expertise in integration technologies, frameworks and methods, such as Logic Apps, HTTP, json, AJAX, Oauth2.

Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.

Strong experience of developing plugins for Dynamics

Strong experience in using JavaScript and HTML to enhance Dynamics form customization and configuration

Demonstrated experience in leading CRM implementation projects from inception to completion.

Deep understanding of CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project team.

Key Deliverables

Development and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources.

Technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

System performance enhancements and continuous improvements.

Providing technical support pre and post-implementation.

Knowledge sharing and mentoring within the development team.

Experience and Background:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016 or 365.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.).

Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).

Experience with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
