  • Building and maintaining automation test frameworks that support rapid, reliable releases.

  • Managing and maintaining QA environments that mirror UAT and production conditions.

  • Driving continuous improvement across people, process, and quality outcomes.

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to assess release risk and provide QA sign-off.

  • Mentoring QA Engineers and contributing to QA guilds and knowledge sharing.

  • Staying up to date with new tools and technologies, helping evolve the QA function.

    What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in API/UI test automation and framework design.

  • Strong background in Agile QA leadership within SaaS or software product teams.

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.

  • Solid understanding of programming principles, ideally using C#, .NET, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with open-source testing tools and cloud-based services (AWS preferred).

  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, able to influence and inspire teams.

  • QA or Agile certifications are advantageous.

    Why Join?

  • Take full ownership of QA delivery for Finance Systems within a fast-growing SaaS platform.

  • Be a key voice in release decision-making and product quality.

  • Collaborate with a talented engineering team that values innovation and continuous learning.

  • Enjoy flexible hybrid working — just one day a month in the office.

  • Make a visible impact in a company that rewards expertise, initiative, and teamwork.

If you’re a technically minded QA Lead who thrives on automation, process improvement, and quality-driven delivery — this is your opportunity to make a real impact within a world-class SaaS environment.
