Hands-on CTO/Ai Consultant (Ai & Data) - Fully Remote / 840,000 kr

If you're an AI and Data expert with a consultancy background who thrives in a client-facing role, this opportunity offers a perfect blend of both, alongside product ownership.

My client is an AI-first consultancy who have already transformed their client's data processing and workflow functions across a multitude of sectors. They are experts in their field, using the most innovative technology, creating robust data functions for an extremely enviable client base.

They show no signs of slowing down, so now is the perfect time for them to bring in a CTO to help them lead their increasing pipeline, turning their clients problems into products. This role combines identifying these opportunities, delivering on them, and then offering a potential solution, in form of a digital product moving forward.

This means you'll have fantastic product ownership skills - you'll identify product opportunities along the way whilst owning the entire roadmap. You'll map consultancy projects too.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a team-centric company, with full control over an entire division where you will have both your technical skillset and work ethic fully appreciated. Autonomy is a key element of this role, giving you creative freedom across all areas whilst potentially progressing into a Partner position.

What you will do?

Collaborate with founders and consultants to co-sell, run discovery
Identify product opportunities and manage the road map, mapping consultancy projects to product development
Lead AI projects while maintaining a product perspective and overseeing software architecture
Establish best practices across the team, ensuring solutions are lightweight and scalable

Your Skills

Hands-on experience in building modern data and AI solutions, with a strong sense of direction
Expertise in software architecture and design, making thoughtful technology choices
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, deciding when to build, buy, or integrate
Proven experience in deploying solutions into production, preferably on Azure, GCP, or AWS
Exposure to full-stack development and direct experience with DevOps on major cloud providers is advantageous

Benefits

Competitive compensation package including a bonus structure and/or equity
Impactful role with ownership and a mandate to build quickly
Team trips abroad throughout the year
Collaborative work environment with a cross-functional team of data engineers, developers, and ex-management consultants
Progression into a partner role within the business
