We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with strong JavaScript expertise and a passion for driving high-quality delivery. This is a 50/50 split between hands on development and line management.

Day to day responsibilities

Leading delivery of end-to-end software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met

Working hands on with JavaScript technologies (Node.js, Vue.js, React or similar) to design and build complex solutions

Supporting and managing developers and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence

Defining and tracking delivery roadmaps, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans

Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives

Working closely with Product and Architecture teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

Continually improving delivery processes and ensuring best practice is followed across the team

What we need

Strong hands-on JavaScript development background

Experience managing cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to balance technical delivery with leadership and management responsibilities

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience implementing best practise across code quality, CI/CD and DevOps principles
