Contract Co-ordinator – Join P&O Ferrymasters and work as part of a part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts to provide a high service level for our customer, based in our office in Scunthorpe/ Newport on a full-time permanent basis.

Your role:

As the successful Contract Co-ordinator, you will report into the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day to day running of our customers contracts, ensuring collection and delivery expectations are met effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Raise and manage bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes
Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service
Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit change overs
Collate information relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line manager
Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customer
Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner.

About you:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Contract Co-ordinator, with experience of working in a customer focused operational role.  Along with excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.  You will possess excellent organisational skills and can manage your workload efficiently, while your attention to detail ensures accuracy in dealing with information. Ideally will have H&S knowledge and logistics experience.

We offer:

A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience), working full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
