ECS Resource group are currently working with a leading technology organisation assisting them with the search for a Cloud Governance Analyst where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the governance of Cloud computing.

As a Cloud Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Working with key stakeholders to take charge of the cloud governance strategy ensuring alignment with organisational goals and best practices are adhered to.
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the cloud environment,
Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams to establish SLA and KPIs that facilitate a stronger governance and security posture of the cloud environments.
Ensure strict adherence to established cloud standards, principles, and best practices.
Establish cloud training programs to ensure cloud technologies are being used effectively.

Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:

Strong understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment types (public, private, hybrid)
Strong understanding of cloud fundamentals across Azure and AWS.
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation and cloud computing auditing.
Experience with cloud governance best practices, policies, and frameworks for resource management.
Extensive experience with Cloud Computing platforms and cost tracking/reporting technologies.
Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and cloud compliance auditing.
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Certified, or CCSP certified (highly desirable)
