Change & Project Coordinator
Location: Gateshead
Join a leading IT Services Provider specialising in software and managed services

Our client, a dynamic IT Services Provider, is seeking a Change & Project Coordinator to join their Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this vital role, you'll support the delivery of key change initiatives that drive the organisation forward.

About the role:
Based within the PMO, you will manage and coordinate changes across software products, business processes, tools, and technologies. You'll ensure all change initiatives are thoroughly assessed, documented, and transitioned smoothly into projects, handing them over to Project Managers while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate and control change activities across software, processes, and tools

Manage change requests and facilitate approval processes

Track and audit organisational changes to ensure compliance

Convert approved change requests into projects and oversee pipeline progression

Monitor and report on Project Managers' workloads, providing support where needed

Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

About you:

Experience in change management within software delivery or IT environments

Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills

Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps and/or ITIL/Agile methodologies is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
