Job Advertisement: Business Analyst

Location: London
Contract Length: 6 months

Are you a dynamic Business Analyst with a passion for driving agile initiatives? Our client is seeking a skilled professional to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects. If you thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of delivering technical solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for technical projects, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications that can be effectively utilised by development teams.
Work closely with Developers, DevOps, Architects, and other technical resources to facilitate smooth project execution.
utilise Azure DevOps for project management and tracking, ensuring transparency and efficiency in processes.
Attend on-site meetings as required, fostering communication and collaboration among all project participants.
Scope out work and support the creation of a delivery approach with key dates, in conjunction with the Delivery Manager (DM).
Engage with off-shore resources as needed, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Possess a fundamental understanding of APIs and associated technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience working on agile initiatives, demonstrating familiarity with agile methodologies and practises.
Strong background in gathering requirements from business stakeholders for technical projects, with a focus on clarity and precision.
Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements that guide development efforts.
Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration.
Ability to attend on-site meetings and engage effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in scoping projects and creating structured approaches for delivery, working closely with the DM.
Familiarity with working with off-shore resources, ensuring cohesive collaboration across teams.
Basic understanding of APIs and related technologies to facilitate communication with technical teams.
