We're looking for an experienced Azure Cloud & Infrastructure DevOps Lead to join our client in their Newcastle office. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our cloud-first strategy, leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of Azure infrastructure and DevOps practices across a global organisation.

What you'll do:

Define and own the Azure DevOps roadmap
Lead the implementation of automation, security, and governance in cloud environments
Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to mature DevOps practices
Drive cloud adoption and optimise services across multiple regions
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutionsWhat you'll bring:

4+ years as a Certified Azure DevOps Engineer
Proven experience in Azure architecture, automation (Terraform, Ansible), and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Strong leadership and communication skills in a matrix-managed environment
Expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and FinOpsWhy join us?
