Job Title: London Markets Test Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Type: Contract or Permanent

We are supporting a major London Market insurance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced London Markets Test Manager to lead testing across complex specialty insurance platforms.

This role will own end-to-end test strategy and delivery across key London Market systems including PPL, Whitespace, DXC DPS, DDM and Blueprint Two platforms. You will work across placing, underwriting, delegated authority, accounting, settlement and claims journeys, ensuring quality across a highly integrated multi-vendor ecosystem.

You will coordinate functional, integration and UAT testing, manage onshore and offshore test teams, and drive defect management, test reporting and go-live readiness across a large-scale transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver test strategy and test execution for London Market programmes

  • Lead testing across PPL, Whitespace, DPS, DDM and Blueprint Two Digital Spine / Digital Gateway

  • Manage integration testing, functional testing and UAT across multiple platforms

  • Coordinate distributed test teams and third-party vendors

  • Drive defect management, quality metrics and test reporting

  • Work closely with brokers, carriers, MGAs and technology vendors

    Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager / Senior Test Manager in London Market insurance

  • Hands-on testing experience with PPL, Whitespace, DXC DPS, DDM or Blueprint Two

  • Experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programmes

  • Strong understanding of Lloyd’s / London Market operating models

  • Experience with JIRA, ALM or Azure DevOps

    Desirable

  • Experience with Guidewire, Novidea or Send platforms

  • Exposure to API, cloud or integration-heavy architectures
