What You'll Do:

As our Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of our tech projects. Your expertise will drive our development teams to new heights. Here's what you can expect:

*Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

*Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that meet our clients' needs.

*Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to bring ideas to life.

*Mentor: Share your knowledge and experience with team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.

*Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For:

*Experience in software development with previous experiences in a leadership role.

*Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring/Boot, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, BitBucket, and Jenkins. Good experiences in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

*Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in a clear manner.
