Role Purpose
To act as the technical lead for a high-profile government engagement, ensuring successful discovery, deployment, and management of Flexera technologies across large-scale AWS and Azure estates. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical depth and leadership to guide delivery teams and overcome complex infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical authority for deploying and troubleshooting Flexera agents across AWS and Azure environments.
Apply infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, PowerShell) to automate deployment and standardise infrastructure operations.
Overcome advanced networking challenges (DNS, static routes, firewall rules, security protocols) to enable agent-to-server connectivity.
Work across legacy and bespoke environments, ensuring agent deployment succeeds in inconsistent architectures.
Contribute to estate-wide architectural planning covering containerised and hybrid platforms (e.g. IBM Skytap).
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, instilling best practice.Required Skills & Experience
Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, Windows, and Linux (RHEL, Bottle Rocket).
Hands-on experience with Flexera FNMS and discovery agents.
Strong understanding of complex networking and security configurations.
Demonstrable track record as a hands-on problem solver in enterprise-scale environments.
UK Security Clearance (SC/DV) or ability to obtain.Core Competencies
