A leading Financial Services outfit are requiring a Development Technical Lead as they plan to transform their systems and build bold, cloud-based digital products for the UK market. They're fast, agile, and engineering-led—and arelooking for a hands-on leader to drive delivery and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a high-performing agile development team

• Stay hands-on with coding while guiding technical delivery

• Own the full software development lifecycle

• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Drive greenfield development of apps and APIs

• Champion automated testing and CI/CD practices

• Mentor developers and grow team capability

• Continuously improve processes, quality, and team culture

What you’ll bring:

• Full-stack engineering experience (.NET, WPF, microservices)

• Strong understanding of scalable architecture and cloud (ideally Azure)

• Passion for clean code, testing, and modern DevOps practices

• Experience leading agile teams and delivering high-impact solutions
