Technical Delivery Manager - Consulting- Public Sector

Locations: Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £85,000 up to £110,000 (dependent upon location) + Benefits

Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experiencedTechnical Delivery Manager to deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK Public Sector.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams delivering citizen-facing digital services, CRM and contact centre transformations, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and GDS standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Senior Manager, or Associate Director
• Strong Public Sector and digital transformation experience
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and modern software development
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex technology programmes
• Knowledge of GDS standards, GDPR, and government security principles
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
