Technical Account Manager - UK (Remote) - c.£70K

A growing CRM, data and technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join its Client Delivery team and take ownership of key client relationships across its CRM, data and software portfolio. You'll act as the bridge between clients and technical delivery teams, combining strong relationship management with technical understanding across CRM, data, integrations, APIs and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for technical, service and strategic matters
• Translate business requirements into clear conversations with consultants, developers, architects and data specialists
• Support discussions around CRM architecture, data models, APIs, integrations and cloud technologies
• Oversee ongoing projects, support arrangements and consultancy engagements
• Proactively identify and manage technical, delivery and relationship risks
• Help shape client technology roadmaps and longer-term strategies

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager or Service Delivery Manager
• Background within IT consultancy, SaaS, software, systems integration or a digital/data/technology agency
• Strong experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good technical understanding of CRM, data, APIs, integrations and cloud-based solutions
• Experience contributing to account growth, renewals or commercial opportunities
• Comfortable working across multiple clients, projects and technical teams
