We are working with a highly supportive organisation seeking a strong 2nd Line Support Engineer who wants to make their next step into a 2/3 Line position with a clear path to progress into a 3rd Line / Infrastructure Engineer role. The business is committed to investing in your development, offering funding for certifications and courses and supporting you as you progress in an area of your choice.


In this role, the System Administrator is a technical, delivery-focused role within a modern cloud environment. You will act as an escalation point for the 1st Line team, support day-to-day infrastructure operations, resolving complex technical issues and contributing to the stability and continuous improvement of cloud. Furthermore, the System Administrator will get the opportunity to work closely with the Infrastructure team on a range of projects such as system upgrades and implementations.


To be the successful System Administrator, you will need to be ambitious, eager to develop your skill set and be proactive in delivering high-quality support.
