Software Engineer with key skills across the PHP stack and solid AWS and AI tooling exposure ideally gained in a product/ platform engineering environment is sought on a hybrid basis by a high growth, PE backed Saas scale up based in Worcestershire.

With recent investment this Software Engineer will be joining a dynamic, autonomous team of six tasked with scaling new product functionality and greenfield solutions. As such proven experience working in a product led, AI enabled would be hugely beneficial.

This role would suit an experienced software engineer who has some exposure to AI tooling but wants to learn more and join a business that is driving business growth through tech innovation.

In return this Software Engineer can expect a highly autonomous, innovation first team environment with the flexibility to work remotely whilst being offered a clear progression pathway as the team scales.

This Software engineer should have most of the following key skills

- Strong commercial PHP & Laravel development experience

- Practical exposure to AI tools, LLM tools or AI enabled product features

- Experience working on a Saas, product led environment would be a plus

- Solid third-party integration skills

- Strong AWS deployment exposure

- DevOps understanding would be useful - Docker, Kubernetes etc

- Solid pipeline automation skills (CI/CD)

In return this Senior Software Engineer will receive:

- Base salary of circa £75,000
