The Opportunity & Role

This role goes beyond traditional software maintenance. ADComms is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the team, challenge existing approaches and help drive innovation within the development function. Working within a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will utilise technologies including C#, .NET, Kubernetes and Azure, whilst supporting the transition towards faster, more agile development practices and greater utilisation of AI-powered tools and technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing technology business operating at the forefront of digital innovation within the UK rail industry.

The position offers a strong balance between delivering robust, production-ready software and exploring new technologies, ideas and solutions. You'll have the opportunity to develop new features, build rapid prototypes, leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and collaborate with a highly experienced technology team on projects that have a real-world impact.

Salary & Package

Up to £65,000 p/annum

Working Model & Location

Remote working

Travel to site 1-2 times per month for core meetings

North Lincolnshire based office

Essential Criteria

Technical background with C#, .NET, Azure & Kubernetes

Experience with/exposure to AI/ML solutions & platforms

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
