Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 3 days on-site) Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time Experience: 6-10 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python & AI Developer to join our team in Dublin. This role focuses on the end-to-end development, deployment, and scaling of advanced Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development: Build, tune, and deploy LLM-based applications using platforms like Vertex AI and Hugging Face.

Advanced RAG: Design and implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic frameworks.

Prompt Engineering: Develop robust prompt strategies, tuning methods, and reusable templates.

Data Engineering: Handle large-scale unstructured data and integrate AI with enterprise applications via APIs and Vector Databases (Pinecone, PG Vector, Neo4j).

Production & MLOps: Establish CI/CD pipelines and manage model deployment using Kubernetes/OpenShift and MLOps principles.

Technical Requirements

Core Programming: Expert-level Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Generative AI: Deep experience with LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Llama) and evaluating model safety/performance via Guardrails.

Data Science: Strong foundations in NLP, Neural Networks, Statistics, and ML modeling.

DevOps/Cloud: Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps) and container orchestration.

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in Apps Development or Systems Analysis.

Proven track record of deploying GenAI models to production.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous projects independently.

Must be eligible to work in Ireland. This role requires 3 days per week in the Dublin office.
