The Role

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Developer, you'll focus on project delivery while also having the chance to get involved in pre-sales and solution shaping activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading on requirements gathering, ensuring the technical solution aligns with user needs and business goals.
Taking ownership of high- and low-level design for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
Delivering secure, accessible, and high-performance solutions built for scale.
Designing integration architectures that take advantage of the full Microsoft technology ecosystem.
Engaging directly with clients - building trust, inspiring confidence, and demonstrating the capabilities of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

About You

We're looking for individuals who bring a blend of technical skill, curiosity, and collaboration to every project.

You'll have:

Genuine enthusiasm for Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
A wider appreciation for the Microsoft stack, including Azure and SharePoint.
Proven experience delivering full lifecycle CRM projects within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, Visual Studio, and TFS.
Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps.
A background in Agile delivery, with experience defining Epics, Features, and User Stories.
