We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive AWS ISV across UK and Ireland. This leader will lead a multi- country organization, with Amazonians based in London and Dublin. This leader carries a significant, multi-hundred million revenue responsibility for UKI and will be responsible for financial performance, operating model, strategy, organization development and employee experience. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the UKI ISV Country leader and will sit on the UKI ISV leadership team.
UKI is recognized as having the third most valuable technology ecosystem in the world. Winning and growing the largest ISVs is mission critical for the growth of AGS UKI. The ISV Sales leader, will help UKI’s most innovative and high- potential technology companies scale, succeed and innovate on the AWS platform. They will drive revenue growth, increase AWS adoption, and expand market adoption, while managing a high-performing sales team and working cross-functionally with solution architects, marketing, partners, technical account teams, service teams and demand generation. This role requires the sales leader to work with technology companies that are best of breed on AWS adoption, so a knowledge and interest for AI, and of our services and how they enable ISVs to succeed, will be essential.
We’re looking for a growth-oriented sales leader with a strong understanding of the software market and demonstrated expertise in both Cloud and AI. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in technology sales leadership, both in selling into ISVs, but also how we accelerate joint outcomes with ISVs on AWS.

- CxO engagement with ISVs to drive business growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, pipeline creation and progression, acquisition and growth goals
- Lead annual business and go-to-market planning, including developing cross-functional engagement mechanisms for planning and execution, with a deep focus on sales strategy to respond to customer needs.
- Engage with customers and our partners to educate, identify emerging opportunities and accelerate and grow their use of the AWS cloud to support their business outcomes. Drive adoption of AWS services, with particular focus on emerging technologies including GenAI, data analytics, and migration solutions.
- Be operationally excellent by presenting accurate organisational forecasts and write clear, succinct, and compelling business reviews for VP/ Director audience, describing district sales initiatives, market insights, key wins, losses, and competitive insights.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members. Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
