As aSenior Low Latency Java Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing and optimising high-performance trading systems in a distributed, low-latency architecture. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work closely with trading, quant, and DevOps teams to deliver exceptional speed and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimise high-performance trading system components with a strong emphasis on low latency.
• Implement new features and functionalities while maintaining strict low-latency standards in both existing and new systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutions seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers with strong international crypto experience contributing to mission-critical infrastructure that shapes real-time market performance.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building financial or trading systems usingJava (C++ experience is a strong plus) on Linux environments.
• Deep expertise inmulti-threaded/concurrency programming, including lock-free algorithms.
• Proven proficiency inlow-latency programming techniques and concepts.
• Experience designing and developingdistributed systems.
• Strong knowledge ofAWS EC2 and optimising cloud environments for minimal latency.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
• Polish language proficiency and eligibility to work in Poland (ideal for professionals returning from the UK or elsewhere in Europe seeking to relocate back home).
