What You'll Do:

As a key player in our client's engineering team, you will:

Define & Own: Craft and manage the enterprise CI/CD and DevSecOps strategy to align with security, risk, and governance standards.

Architect Solutions: Develop CI/CD approaches that cater to multiple teams and technologies while ensuring quality, security, and scalability.

Enhance Cloud Applications: Provide your expertise in building cloud and cloud-ready applications, and support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

Integrate Security & Compliance: Embed security controls directly into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring solutions meet all governance and regulatory requirements.

Engage Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships with functional teams and translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for various audiences.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion a strong engineering mindset and relentlessly seek new tools and approaches to enhance developer experience and release cadence.What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Core Technical Experience: Extensive experience in designing enterprise-scale CI/CD solutions, with a focus on GitLab. Hands-on experience in supporting build pipelines for Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python is essential.

Cloud & Containerization Expertise: Proven ability to deliver containerized and cloud-ready applications, with experience in integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud services.

Financial Services Acumen: Familiarity with highly regulated environments, especially in the financial sector, and a strong understanding of risk management and governance frameworks.

Leadership Skills: You should operate effectively as a senior individual contributor, demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity while influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Communication Skills: Exceptional clarity and precision in communication, particularly regarding risk-aware recommendations.What Success Looks Like:
