Are you an experiencedOracle Technical Project Manager / Technical Programme Manager with a strong consulting background?

We're looking for a senior technology professional to join a leadingOracle Delivery Services practice, working with major private and public sector organisations on complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.

This is a senior client-facing role combiningOracle technical delivery, programme management, enterprise transformation and AI-enabled delivery. You'll lead technical workstreams across large-scale Oracle programmes while helping clients improve delivery efficiency through automation, Generative AI and modern technology practices.

The Role

You'll take ownership of complex technical workstreams across Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, working closely with clients, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and delivery teams.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading technical workstreams acrossOracle ERP and Oracle Cloud transformation programmes
• Coordinating integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, environments, security and deployment
• Managing technical teams across integration, data, reporting and technical consulting
• Translating business and technical requirements into clear delivery plans
• Managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and technical governance
• Coordinating technical activity across design, build, testing, cutover and deployment
• Working closely with Solution and Technical Architects to ensure effective implementation approaches
• Providing technical assurance and reporting to senior programme and client stakeholders
• Working with distributed, offshore and nearshore delivery teams
• Identifying opportunities to useAI, Generative AI and automation to improve delivery, testing, estimation, documentation and reporting
• Supporting bids, proposals, technical estimations and business development activities
• Coaching and mentoring junior consultants and technical delivery professionals

What We're Looking For

You'll need a strong track record deliveringOracle ERP / Oracle Cloud transformation programmes within a consulting environment, alongside proven technical project or workstream leadership experience.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

• Strong experience deliveringOracle Cloud / Oracle ERP programmes
• Proven experience managing complex technical workstreams
• Experience acrossOracle integrations, data migration, reporting, testing and deployment
• Strong understanding ofOracle Cloud architecture and implementation methodologies
• Experience withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration technologies
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and wider systems integration
• Experience working alongside Solution and Technical Architects
• Strong programme governance, risk, issue and dependency management experience
• Experience managing offshore/nearshore or distributed teams
• Understanding of DevOps, automation and modern delivery methodologies
• Experience working with senior technology and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills

AI & Innovation

A key part of the role will be helping evolve how large-scale technology programmes are delivered.

You should therefore have an understanding ofAI and Generative AI and ideally some practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve areas such as:

• Project delivery
• Testing and quality assurance
• Technical documentation
• Estimation
• Reporting
• Risk and dependency identification
• Delivery automation

Oracle certifications, OCI experience and exposure to technologies such as OIC, OCI, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs or Visual Builder would be advantageous.

Consulting Background Essential

This is aconsulting-led role, so applicants must have previous experience working within atechnology consultancy / systems integrator / professional services environment, delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes for external clients.
