We’re looking for amid-level .NET Developer to join a growing team building agreenfield application within atech-for-good organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a product from the ground up while contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven work that has a positive societal impact.

Working as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering team, you’ll help design and deliver scalable, modern solutions using.NET and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications usingC# and .NET
  • Contribute to the architecture and development of amicroservices-based system
  • Apply strong object-oriented programming principles, includingpolymorphism and clean code practices
  • Help build and optimiseinfrastructure-as-code (IaC) environments
  • Work closely with DevOps practices, includingCI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
  • Contribute to technical decisions in agreenfield environment
  • Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience developing withC# and modern .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
  • Strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture
  • Good knowledge ofobject-oriented programming principles, particularly polymorphism
  • Experience withdatabases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Exposure toinfrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar)
  • Experience withCI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Comfortable working inagile development environments

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working ongreenfield projects
  • Cloud platform experience (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Knowledge of containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes)
  • Passion or interest intech-for-good initiatives
