What you will be doing as the .NET Developer

Leading the development of modern, scalable web solutions that streamline operations.
Enhancing and evolving key internal Management Systems to meet changing needs.
Designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations across platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
Collaborating with external partners to integrate APIs - and potentially build custom wrappers.
Ensuring systems are secure, robust, and aligned with engineering best practices.
Managing and optimising SQL databases, including complex stored procedures and performance tuning.
Producing high-quality documentation that supports long-term scalability.
Working cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions that scale with the business.
Supporting and enhancing NetDocuments (DMS):
Workspace configuration
Security & retention policies
Metadata & profile setup
Automation, workflows & system integrations

What experience you will need to have as the .NET Developer

Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Functions
Advanced Microsoft SQL Server + expert-level T-SQL
Clean, maintainable coding principles
Experience designing or supporting structured testing approaches
Ability to troubleshoot and optimise SQL queries
Proven experience integrating systems, APIs, and external platforms
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Bonus if you bring experience with NetDocuments or similar DMS platformsNice-to-Have Extras 🎉

Background in Professional Services would be highly advantageous
Agile development & Continuous Integration experience
Exposure to Azure Stack, Power Automate, Power Apps
Knowledge of microservice architecture
Front-end experience (HTML, JavaScript, modern frameworks)Ready to level up your career?
