A leading Managed Services Provider is seeking a skilled Backend .NET Developer to join their development team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade systems and infrastructure projects, delivering robust and scalable backend solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side applications using the Microsoft .NET stack, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and integration. This position suits someone with a solid understanding of backend architecture and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
Optimise application performance and scalability
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployment and monitoring
Work with SQL Server and other data storage technologies
Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to best practicesSkills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in backend development with the .NET ecosystem
Strong understanding of API design, integration, and security
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (e.g., Docker)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in a Managed Services or enterprise IT environment is advantageous

Must be eligible for SC Clearance
