This growing technology-driven organisation is looking to add a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to an established delivery team. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM and customer service solutions across the Microsoft platform.

Responsibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer:
  • Configure, develop, and support solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
  • Deliver development work across the Microsoft Power Platform including model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps
  • Build and maintain integrations using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and REST APIs
  • Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform extensibility
  • Produce clear technical documentation for solutions and integrations
Experience & Requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer:
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution
  • Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and model-driven apps
  • Experience working within agile delivery environments
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and source control practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications would be advantageous
