About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Test Automation Consultant to own the test automation strategy and verification activities for complex software systems in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Leading Teams in SW test automation within regulated environments.
Strong Python scripting skills for automation.
Experience with C#/.NET for application-level testing.
Ability to design and maintain automation frameworks for desktop and web applications.
Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and related standards.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git).
Exposure to embedded systems and hardware/software integration.
Experience with Robot Framework, Pytest, Selenium.
Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation architecture.
