This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Jira SME on a long term contract, inside IR35.

It's important to note that this Jira SME role will require 5 days per week on site in Chippenham and you must have active SC Clearance.

The key skills required for this Jira SME role are:

SC Cleared
Defence experience 
Provide expertise on Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software (JSW), and Confluence 
ITSM principles (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).    
JSM Automations, Workflows, and Assets (Insight).    
Jira Query Language (JQL).    
ITIL 4, Agile, or DevOps frameworks.    
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs).
