About the role
We are partnering with a well-established and growing company in Buckinhamshire. They are looking for a talented IT Support & Software Engineer to join their team.
This is a hands-on role where you will work across IT support, software development, and system integration projects.
Responsibilities
General IT Support:

  • Set up Windows PCs/laptops and install software for employees.
  • Provide training on company-wide software systems.
  • Liaise with external IT support for troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and upgrade company servers.
  • Set up NUCs and install software for customers.
    Internal Software (EMS):
  • Ongoing development and improvements.
  • Build and develop reports for departments.
  • Perform mass changes to system data as requested.
  • Manage interactions between EMS and Sage.
  • Maintain DevOps, log bugs, and manage change requests.
  • Review and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure accurate data and policy compliance.
    Requirements
  • 3+ years’ commercial development experience
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET 7/8, .NET Framework, WinForms
  • Experience with T-SQL & SSRS, Entity Framework / EF Core, IIS, Azure DevOps / Git
  • Experience with Xamarin and ASP.NET
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
