Due to continued growth and technical projects, they are keen to appoint an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer To be based out of the Leicester offices on a hybrid basis, paying a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000.
As an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide and support information servicers across all divisions. Managing and maintaining and supporting the groups infrastructure both on-premise and cloud-based group infrastructure.
IT Infrastructure Engineer: Duties
- Daily management of core infrastructure (VMware, Storage, Networking, Routers, Switches, Azure)
- Monitor live environment
- Support external & internal clients
- Config/Operation/Management of backups
- Install/Config - Servers & peripherals
- Config/Ops/Management of on premise & cloud infrastructure
- Config/Maintenance of networks
- Admin Windows AD domain
- Create/Maintain technical documentation
IT Infrastructure Engineer: Technical Experience
- Support hardware & software
- VMware, vSphere, Veeam, Azure Cloud, M365
- Active Directory
- Networking: IP traffic, Firewalls, Routing
