Our client is a successful and growing managed services provider looking for anIT Service Engineer to join their busy Service Desk team.

This is a great opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop their career while gaining exposure toWindows, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, networking, servers, virtualisation, cloud and cybersecurity.

• Provide1st line IT support by phone and email.
• Manage and resolve20+ tickets per day, working within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, connectivity, printers, telephony and third-party applications.
• Take ownership of tickets through to resolution and keep customers updated.
• Escalate more complex issues where required.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

• PreviousService Desk / Help Desk / IT Support experience, ideally around 1 year.
• Good knowledge ofWindows desktop environments.
• Experience withMicrosoft 365 / Exchange Online.
• Exposure toActive Directory.
• Understanding of PC hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi and connectivity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Logical approach to troubleshooting with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Genuine passion for technology.
