The Role

An innovative, industry-leading software company based in Nottingham is looking for a Graduate Software Developer to join their growing Development team and help support their ambitious expansion plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career working across a diverse product suite, gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle. You'll work alongside experienced Software Engineers on both greenfield projects and enhancements to existing applications, developing your skills with modern technologies in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Graduate Software Developer, you'll receive structured mentoring from senior team members, hands-on experience with the latest tools and technologies, and a clear progression pathway as you develop your technical and professional skills. You'll become part of a close-knit Development team of 8 developers and other technical specialists who are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
• Experience with C# .NET through university projects, placements, internships, or personal projects
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

Desirables

• Experience with Angular (React/Vue/Blazor will be considered)
• Knowledge of .NET Core
• Understanding of Azure or cloud technologies
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, or CI/CD practices
• Placement year, internship, or commercial development experience
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
