Salary: Up to £72,000

An international managed service provider is seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to deliver, lead, and shape critical business systems for one of their high-profile clients. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects, guide a small development team, and influence the technical direction of enterprise applications.

Role

You’ll take full ownership of the application lifecycle, from initial design and development to ongoing enhancements and support. Acting as the technical lead, you’ll mentor a small team of developers, provide direction on best practices, and collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure business requirements translate into secure, scalable solutions. You’ll also play a key role in Agile delivery, ensuring high-quality releases, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

  • Manage and mentor a small team of developers, supporting their growth and ensuring technical standards are upheld.

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.

  • Implement integrations with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Graph API.

  • Contribute to DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for automated, reliable deployments.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, architecture, and coding standards.

    Skills

  • Strong .NET development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

  • Front-end development expertise with React (preferred), Angular, or jQuery.

  • SharePoint Online knowledge, including SPFx and custom solutions.

  • Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Integration experience with Microsoft 365 services.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Azure DevOps, Git).

  • Full stack experience with modern back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).

  • SQL and NoSQL database experience and RESTful API integration.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

  • Proven experience leading developers and delivering secure, high-quality applications in Agile environments.

    Desirable

  • Experience with Dataverse, Jira, or Azure Boards.

  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale business applications.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of key technical solutions, lead a talented development team, and make a tangible impact for a global client. You’ll gain exposure to modern technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems while working in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.
