This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, AI-led technology business working on complex, real-world problems at enterprise scale. The role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to customers, owning delivery end-to-end, and seeing advanced AI solutions live in production.

THE COMPANY

Our client is an AI-first technology business operating in the life sciences and data space. They work with large enterprise customers globally, helping teams extract value from vast and complex datasets using modern AI and NLP techniques. The business is scaling quickly, with this role created to support growing customer demand and large-scale enterprise deployments.

THE ROLE
  • Lead technical delivery for enterprise customers, owning integrations from initial proof-of-concept through to production
  • Design and implement AI-driven integrations, including LLM-powered and agent-based workflows
  • Act as a technical partner to customers, understanding requirements and translating them into scalable solutions
  • Feed customer learnings back into the core platform, influencing product and engineering direction
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams to improve platform capability and robustness
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 6-8 years' experience building production-grade ML, data or software systems
  • Proven experience deploying NLP or LLM-based features into production environments
  • Strong exposure to RAG, retrieval or recommendation systems
  • Experience working with vector databases and end-to-end LLM workflows
  • Familiarity with graph databases and cloud data platforms
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Consultancy or customer-facing technical experience is advantageous
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • £80,000 - £110,000 base salary
  • Fully remote working model
