About the Opportunity

Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading, internationally recognised IT consultancy with a strong presence across multiple global markets. Our client is renowned for delivering innovative ERP and digital transformation solutions to organisations across manufacturing, distribution, and enterprise sectors.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Epicor Developer to join their high-performing team.

The Role

As an Epicor Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored Epicor ERP solutions to a diverse, international client base. You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and customise Epicor ERP (Kinetic / E10) systems

* Build and enhance BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and UI customisations

* Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

* Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client environments

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements

* Maintain best practices in coding, testing, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience working with Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic)

* Strong development skills in C#, .NET, and SQL Server

* Hands-on experience with Epicor tools such as BPM, BAQ, and REST services

* Solid understanding of ERP processes (manufacturing, supply chain, finance)

* Experience with system integrations and APIs

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Excellent communication skills, comfortable working in a global environment

Desirable Skills

* Experience with Epicor Kinetic UI and cloud-based deployments

* Knowledge of Azure, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines

* Previous consultancy or client-facing experience

* Exposure to additional ERP platforms
