DevOps Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: £500–£600 (Outside IR35)

Opus is working with a leading organisation in London that are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join on a 6‑month contract. This role sits outside IR35 and offers the chance to work with a modern cloud‑native stack across both AWS and Azure.

What you’ll be working on
Designing, building, and maintaining cloud platforms across AWS and Azure
Developing scalable, secure infrastructure using Terraform
Supporting and optimising Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Building automation and tooling using Python and Go
Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines and platform reliabilityWhat you’ll bring
Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure
Proven background managing Kubernetes in production
Solid Terraform expertise
Programming experience with Python and Go
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud‑native architectures
