D365 Test Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 Test Lead to join a growing Microsoft Partner on a full‑time basis. You will lead, grow and manage the testing function across both D365 CE and D365 BC, ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple projects. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will shape testing standards, build a high‑performing team, and drive best practice across the Dynamics estate.

What You Will Be Doing

* Leading the end‑to‑end testing function across D365 CE and D365 BC

* Managing, mentoring and growing a team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers

* Defining test strategy, test plans, processes and quality standards

* Overseeing functional, integration, regression and UAT cycles

* Working closely with project managers, architects and functional consultants

* Ensuring defects are identified, tracked and resolved efficiently

* Supporting release management and ensuring smooth deployments

* Driving continuous improvement across testing tools, automation and processes

* Acting as the key point of contact for all testing activity across CE and BC projects

What We Need From You

* Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst within D365 (CE, BC or both)

* Proven ability to lead and manage a test team

* Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and/or BC processes, integrations and customisations

* Experience defining test strategy, governance and quality frameworks

* Hands‑on experience with test planning, execution and defect management

* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools

* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills

* Proactive, structured and confident working in a fast‑paced partner environment
