About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedCreatio Platform Engineer to join a growing organisation undergoing a significant technology and business transformation programme.

You will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions that automate business processes, improve operational performance and integrate with core business systems.

Working as part of a wider Transformation team, you will design and deliver automation and workflow solutions through theCreatio platform, helping to improve operational efficiency and deliver wider transformation objectives.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing the organisation's internal Creatio expertise, helping to shape platform standards, technical best practices and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Configuration

• Design, develop and maintain solutions on theCreatio platform.
• Develop custom functionality usingC#, .NET, JavaScript and Creatio development capabilities where required.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective, scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, robust and aligned with wider enterprise standards.
• Design and implement business process automation and workflow solutions.

Integration & Platform Engineering

• Design and implement integrations between Creatio and internal and third-party systems.
• Support data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Act as asubject matter expert for the Creatio platform.
• Help develop internal Creatio capability, standards and best practices.
• Support release management and the ongoing evolution of the platform.

Quality, Governance & Documentation

• Ensure solutions meet appropriate quality, security and governance standards.
• Produce clear, maintainable technical documentation.
• Support adherence to data protection and governance requirements, including GDPR.
• Contribute to the development of robust platform engineering and development practices.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience deliveringenterprise-scale solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Strong software development experience usingC#, .NET, JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience extending platform functionality and developing integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Strong understanding ofbusiness process automation and workflow design.
• Experience working within aplatform or digital transformation programme.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable and robust enterprise solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

• Previous experience withinfinancial services or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Creatio certifications.
• Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
