We are excited to announce an opportunity for AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our organization as part of our AI Enablement Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in deploying & supporting the solutions that enhance our AI capabilities across the organization, with a specific focus on GenAI projects.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to grow their experience in AWS, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure for AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and infrastructure as code.
  • Help monitor cloud environments and support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance improvements.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to help deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of tools and services for model training and inference.
  • Contribute to platform reliability, monitoring, version control, and security best practices.
  • Assist in proof-of-concept developments and help prepare solutions for production use.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and support activities clearly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide updates on tasks and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Around2-4 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
  • Basic hands-on experience withAWS cloud services.
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such asTerraform,CloudFormation, or similar is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such asJenkins,GitLab, or similar.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment, monitoring, and support processes.
  • Basic knowledge ofPython,Shell scripting, or similar languages is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge ofDocker,Kubernetes, scripting, or automation tools would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of AI, ML & Generative AI domain will be an added advantage as the team is focused on creating AIML capabilities for the organization.
  • Ability to analyze escalations, prioritize, identify owners, track and facilitate blockers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written), ability to work effectively with a remote and multicultural team, always following a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Strong Analytical and organizational skills - ability to understand the design documents and communicate implementations
