We're looking for a experienced Azure DevOps professional responsible for architecting, delivering, and operating complex cloud and digital platforms that support large‑scale public sector transformation. Expert in designing and implementing agile delivery pipelines across infrastructure, application, and platform services, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.

Brings deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and modern automation practices to enable seamless, citizen‑focused digital services. Highly effective in resolving critical operational issues, optimizing platform performance, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration to align engineering outcomes with strategic and policy objectives.

Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and building resilient, future‑ready platforms that support sustainable long‑term growth

Delivering, operating, and supporting services across Azure, hybrid, and legacy estates

Designing and improving industrialised DevOps models (CI/CD, automation, repeatable deployments)

Working with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and modern platform practices

Translating contracts & SLAs into technical/operational delivery requirements

Identifying, troubleshooting, and remediating SLA breaches (technical + process mitigations)

Creating and maintaining runbooks, architecture diagrams, and service documentation

Communicating risks/issues/resolutions clearly to senior stakeholders and customers

Applying ITIL practices (Incident / Problem / Change / Release) in a modern DevOps environment

Driving cost awareness and cost management approaches in Azure services
