We're Hiring: Automation Analyst

Location: Remote

Hours: Full Time, Perm - Monday to Friday

Overall Purpose of The Role

We're looking for an experiencedAutomation Analyst to join a growing automation function within a regulated financial services environment.

This is ahands on, delivery focused role its not a narrow DevOps or support position.

You'll have ownership across thefull automation lifecycle, working closely with the business to design, build and deliver automation that drives real operational improvement.

Key Accountabilities
  • Designing, developing and deployingRPA solutions (Blue Prism essential)
  • Building and managingend to end automation workflows
  • Working directly with stakeholders to:
    • Understand business processes and pain points
    • Challenge existing ways of working
    • Recommend smarter, automated solutions
  • Owning delivery from:
    • Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support
  • Supporting live automations includingincident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all solutions aresecure, resilient, and compliant within a regulated environment
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
  • 3+ years' experience delivering RPA / automation solutions
  • Hands-on experience withBlue Prism or similar RPA
  • Experience across thefull automation lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder skills be able tochallenge, influence, and advise the business
  • Ability to translatebusiness requirements into practical automation solutions
  • Comfortable working in asmall team environment, with flexibility to pick up a broad range of responsibilities
  • Experience withworkflow engines / BPM tools (e.g. Laserfiche or similar)
  • SQL / database knowledge
  • Experience working in afinancial services or regulated environment
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments
