Shape the future of AI across our enterprise  

As our AI Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering Cadent’s AI vision and strategy. You will be designing solutions but also shaping how AI is adopted responsibly, securely and at scale across torganization, ensuring it delivers meaningful business value both now and in the future. 

Working at an enterprise level, you’ll create and communicate a clear, future‑proof AI strategy aligned to Cadent’s wider ambitions. You’ll define architectural principles, patterns and standards that enable scalable, reusable and sustainable solutions, while guiding delivery teams through target and transition architectures that support a prioritised roadmap. 

You’ll remain close to emerging industry trends and technology developments, using this insight to influence architectural decisions and promote innovation. From generative and agentic AI to automation and advanced analytics, you’ll act as a technical authority – ensuring ethical AI, Secure by design  and regulatory compliance are embedded throughout the lifecycle so that AI solutions clearly provide efficiencies and business value for Cadent.

This is a highly visible and influential role, partnering closely with senior leaders, enterprise architects, data teams, delivery teams and external suppliers. You’ll help shape Cadent’s architecture practice, drive best practice, and ensure investment decisions support long‑term strategic outcomes.

Technical Breadth – Expertise across Data and Analytics, Cloud, DevOps and AI platforms and environments. 

Stakeholder Confidence – Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage stakeholder expectations. 

Professional Credentials – TOGAF, ITIL, cloud and AI certifications are desirable.
