Multiple Java hires - upto £140k plus equity

Backed by Y Combinator, alongside other renowned investors, this fast-growing FinTech is on a mission to dollarize everyday finances, and they’re scaling at speed. With over £20M raised, and a leadership team made up of ex-Revolut talent, this is a rare opportunity to join a company building the future of finance.

Founded just three years ago, they’ve already grown to a 100-person team. The engineering function includes 30 Java and React developers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Designers and now they’re looking to grow the Java team by six more engineers.
You’ll be working with a modern stack including Java 21, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, PostgreSQL, TDD, BDD, and React. They’re hiring Mid, Senior, and Lead Engineers who are strong problem-solvers, great communicators, and excited to build in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. A payments / finance background will be desirable but not essential.

Salaries range from £100k to £140k, with equity, performance-based bonuses, top-tier equipment, and a streamlined two-stage interview process. The role is hybrid with just one day a week onsite in London.
