    WordPress Developer Job Role:

  • Develop custom WordPress sites using the agency’s internal starter theme

  • Maintain and enhance existing projects, ensuring quality and performance

  • Collaborate with designers to turn layouts into pixel-perfect, accessible builds

  • Work with APIs, modern JS features (ES6+), and tools like Gulp, Sass, and Webpack

  • Handle version control using Git and support automated deployments

  • Take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and support junior team members

    WordPress Developer Skills Required:

  • Solid experience building WordPress websites from scratch

  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) skills

  • Experience in an agency or multi-project environment

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and SEO best practices

  • Competency with Git and modern build tools

  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines

  • A proactive

    Bonus points for:

  • React or other modern JS framework experience

  • Knowledge of web security principles
