For our engagements with clients in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), as well as other sectors, we have several roles supporting the delivery of technology, business change, and data programmes.

ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Web Developer to join the Digimasters team, specialising in building custom dashboards and web applications that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data sources. You’ll be working on high-impact projects for clients across sectors, delivering intuitive, visually engaging tools that connect directly to data platforms like Microsoft Fabric’s Data Lake, Power.B.I., Qlik Sense, SQL Server, Airtable, and Databricks.

The role calls for someone equally comfortable coding clean, scalable applications as they are working with APIs, shaping UI/UX, and deploying solutions to cloud environments. If you’ve got strong DevOps practices, a flair for data-driven design, and a knack for bringing dashboards to life with technologies like D3.JS, this is your stage.

You’ll report to our Data + A.I. Lead Consultant and collaborate closely with data engineers, designers, and client stakeholders to create applications that deliver real business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom web applications and dashboards, connecting to multiple enterprise data sources (e.g., Microsoft Fabric Data Lake,

  • Power.B.I., Qlik Sense, SQL Server, Airtable, Databricks)

  • Build advanced data visualisations using D3.JS and other JavaScript libraries to create highly interactive, responsive interfaces

  • Integrate applications with APIs to pull, push, and process data in real-time

  • Work with UI/UX designers to produce creative, user-friendly interfaces for dashboards and web apps

  • Implement secure and efficient data access strategies when connecting to cloud-based and on-prem data sources

  • Apply DevOps best practices, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, and version management

  • Deploy web applications to cloud environments, particularly Azure and AWS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Optimise application performance and ensure scalability, maintainability, and security best practices are met

  • Stay up to date with web development trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies relevant to data applications

    EXPECTATIONS IN THE ROLE

    The following skills and attributes are essential for success in this role:

  • Full-Stack Web Development Skills: Strong ability to design and build applications from front-end to back-end, with a focus on integrating data sources

  • Data Visualisation Proficiency: Skilled in using D3.JS (or similar libraries) for rich, interactive graphics and charts

  • API Integration Experience: Proven track record of consuming and building APIs for data exchange

  • UI/UX Awareness: Understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to collaborate on visually appealing, intuitive dashboards

  • DevOps Expertise: Skilled in version control (Git), automated builds, deployments, and cloud-native application management

  • Cloud Deployment: Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure and/or AWS environments

  • Data Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of connecting to data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power.B.I., Qlik Sense, SQL Server, Airtable, and Databricks

  • Performance Mindset: Commitment to building scalable, secure, and optimised web applications

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience developing and deploying web applications, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

  • Experience with D3.JS or similar advanced visualisation libraries

  • Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, GraphQL)

  • Familiarity with database technologies and query languages (SQL, NoSQL)

  • Experience working with data sources such as Microsoft Fabric’s Data Lake, Power.B.I., Qlik Sense, Airtable, and Databricks

  • Good grasp of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and code management workflows

  • Cloud deployment experience with Azure and/or AWS

  • Some background in UI/UX design principles and tools is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

    This is a Hybrid role and does require candidates to work in central London as well as remotely. We do not sponsor visas so you must be eligible to already work in the UK
