TIBCO BW Platform SRE Lead (Contract)

We are recruiting for an experienced TIBCO BW Platform SRE Lead to take ownership of the reliability, automation, and production stability of mission-critical integration platforms within banking / BFSI environments.

This is a hands-on senior role combining TIBCO BusinessWorks expertise with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, CI/CD automation, and enterprise production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 24/7 availability, performance, and reliability of TIBCO BW and BWCE platforms

  • Lead production support, major incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Apply SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets

  • Build and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for deployment and rollback

  • Drive proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability

  • Own change and release management in regulated environments

  • Collaborate with development teams on secure, scalable integration solutions

  • Mentor engineers and participate in on-call / shift-based support

    Essential Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BW 6.x / BusinessWorks / BWCE

  • Experience with TIBCO FTL, MFT, API Mashery

  • Background in incident, problem, service, and change management

  • Jenkins and CI/CD automation experience

  • Production support in banking, financial services, or regulated environments

    Desirable

  • BFSI domain experience

  • Enterprise-scale platform support exposure
